This ten-floor mixed-use building designed by Tucker Sadler Architects contains eight floors of parking, the building’s principle purpose. The structure’s ground floor contains meeting and conference rooms, as well as a convenience store, and the top two floors are offices. Parking capacity for the garage is 600 cars and perforated metal cladding was used over a concrete frame for the garage’s guardrail panels. Tucker Sadler served as Design Architect for the building. The building’s owner, 5-Star Parking, handled the construction documents.
