The Pinnacle Development Group retained Tucker Sadler for an innovative mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. This high profile project encompasses 36,294 SF of retail shops and 25,965 SF of high-end apartments. The residential units reside above the linear stretch of shops along Market Street providing a live, work, play environment for many business executives that frequent the area. The units range from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 SF. Fireplaces and exclusive balconies have been designed for each style of unit, creating a dramatic yet relaxing atmosphere. The target consumers for the apartments were businesses sending sales personnel to meet with Wal-Mart at their nearby headquarters. Apartment units were designed with the consideration that occupants were co-workers and would want some form of privacy by having their own bathroom attached to their bedrooms. Each unit is provided with an office area and spatially located upstairs in a loft overlooking the dining and living spaces. Hotel quality materials were selected for the interior of the units.
