LEED™ ACCREDITATION.
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) Green Building Rating System represents the U.S. Green Building Council’s effort to provide a national standard for what constitutes a “green building.” Through its use as a design guideline and third-party certification tool, it aims to improve occupant well-being, environmental performance, and economic returns of buildings using established and innovative practices, standards and technologies. A LEED™ Certification for your building would not only mean that your project will have achieved certain standards of reduced environmental impact, but that it will become a world-wide case study in sustainable design.
Decisions on systems and glazing types are made early on in order to incorporate those elements in the project design. Making choices is a collaborative effort; all of the disciplines are involved, giving our client the benefit of maximum knowledge and expertise in all areas of project development.
