	KAPOLEI MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT Kapolei, Hawaii The East Kapolei Commercial site will serve as the foundation for the future growth of the community and a strong influence in the success of the University of Hawaii’s West Oahu Campus. Our vision for the property is a 1.5 million SF regional center providing retail, office and entertainment venues in a “new urbanism” environment. As Ala Moana and Pearl Ridge serve as hubs of retail, social and community activities for the Honolulu and Leeward Oahu, so too will this project serve as the community center for the Ewa Plain and West Oahu communities. In addition, it will be a “green project” that contributes positively to the environment and utilizes the latest in energy and environmentally sensitive design elements.

	DELRAY MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT Phoenix, Arizona Located northeast of downtown Phoenix, Hotel Delray is located adjacent to Camelback Mountain, boasting premium views of the downtown skyline, Squaw Peak and Praying Monk. Amenities will include a conference center, lounge, kitchen, breakfast nook, fitness center and pool. There are 9 condominium unit arrangements to accommodate all types of lifestyles. Offering only the highest in finishes, these upscale condominiums range from 1 to 3 bedrooms to fit the needs of the community. Hotel Delray draws from both nature and the city to define high-end design living.

	PACIFIC GATEWAY NAVY San Diego, California A new skyline for San Diego and the city’s first 5-star hotel are among the glories anticipated for the long-awaited redevelopment of the Navy Broadway Complex. Tucker Sadler was retained in collaboration with Manchester Financial Group and Gensler for the redevelopment of the Navy Broadway Complex into a mixed-use waterfront attraction. This prime 12.07 acre parcel will include a new administration building with 18 floors, 250,871 SF of office space and 42,892 SF of retail space, for a total of 293,763 SF.

	LANE FIELD CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL MASTER PLAN San Diego, California Tucker Sadler, in association with the Manchester Financial Group team, provided concept master planning and drawings for the Lane Field Waterfront Development project. In addition, Tucker Sadler introduced Mr. Denver McGarey to the development team, who will assist in the analysis and development of the correct market niche for the Lane Field retail center.

	SHOPPES AT PINNACLE HILLS San Diego, California The Pinnacle Development Group retained Tucker Sadler for an innovative mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. This high profile project encompasses 103,013 SF of office space, 36,294 SF of retail shops, and 25,965 SF of high-end apartments. The residential units reside above the linear stretch of shops along Market Street providing a live, work, play environment for many business executives that frequent the area. The units range from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 SF. Fireplaces and exclusive balconies have been designed for each style of unit, creating a dramatic yet relaxing atmosphere.

	BRYANT STREET PIER San Francisco, California Located in San Francisco’s vibrant, new South Beach neighborhood, the James R. Herman International Cruise Terminal and mixed-use Bryant Street Pier has excellent views of the Bay and Bay Bridge. It is within walking distance of Downtown, San Francisco’s new baseball stadium, and other City and waterfront attractions. The 13-acre Pier 30-31 will incorporate approximately 220,000 SF of ground-level retail, 350,000 SF of prime waterfront commercial office space, a five-level parking garage, and a state-of-the-art 100,000 SF cruise ship terminal. The Pier is designed to facilitate the largest modern-day cruise ships, some of which are greater than 1,000 feet in length.
