This redevelopment partnership will result in a mixed-use project which will include quality condominium homes, neighborhood serving retail, new facilities and offices for St. Paul’s Cathedral, off-street parking for St. Paul’s staff and congregants and preservation of the historic Le Moderne Apartments. The development will consist of two residential towers: 15 stories with 55 units, 3,500 SF of retail, and 5,000 net SF of office space, and 16 stories with 51 units, 1,000 SF of retail space, and 10,000 net SF of office space. |

This project will be built alongside an existing 1930’s historic Art Deco Hotel, which Tucker Sadler has also been retained to renovate and convert into a contemporary urban hotel. Blending historic and contemporary art design, this project will utilize a newly developed European mechanized parking system, as well as innovative building design and construction techniques. SEACREST VILLAGE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY Encinitas, California
San Diego Hebrew Homes (SDHH) operates Seacrest Village, a retirement community in Encinitas, California. Working with SDHH, Tucker Sadler developed a long-range master plan for a Continuous Care Retirement Community that would provide independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care at the site. The 40-unit Assisted Living Center will give each resident a sense of identity through small, home-like groups. These neighborhoods are organized along an interior street with many shared amenities. Centrally located on each floor are living areas and family kitchen/dining areas. |
